What about lessons?

When just starting out, lessons are always a good idea. We have Mountain Mite lessons for those early learners at 3 years old. We also have Mountain Munchkin lessons which are geared toward children between 4 and 6 years of age. Plus group lessons for skiers and boarders 7 years and older. The groups are separated by ability and sport so first time skiers would be in one group and first time boarders in another. Private lessons are also available to provide one on one teaching.

Snow Sports School

Individual lessons do not include a Snow Pass (Lift Ticket). A Snow Pass is required for each person using the area. Reservations are recommended for Mite, Munchkin, Private & Semi-Private lessons. To make reservations call 781-828-5070.

(NOTE: A credit card number is required to hold a reservation, if you do not cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the lesson time or do not show up you will be charged 50% of the lesson cost.)

Mountain Mite Lesson (Age 3) 45 minute group ski lesson During this lesson a child is introduced to equipment, maneuvering in boots, 1 and 2 skis, sliding and depending on their strength and skill set, may even learn to glide. We anticipate 30 minutes of on snow time (or more depending on the child and conditions).	$45
Mountain Munchkin Lesson (Ages 4-6) 1 ½ hour group ski or snowboard lesson For safety this program is restricted to the surface lifts and beginner area. The goal of this lesson is to introduce the children to the equipment and learn how to safely get it on and off by themselves. They are introduced to maneuvering in boots, 1 and 2 skis, sliding and gliding. Depending on the skill set of the individual child, we try to achieve a gliding wedge (pizza) to a stop.	$30
Mountain Trackers (Ages 7-13) 1 Hour group Ski and Snowboard Lesson Learn to or do it better. These are ski/ride lessons for people between the ages of 7-13 from beginner - advanced. Lessons are in a group setting.	$25
Adult Lesson (Ages 14+) 1 hour group ski or snowboard lesson	$25
Private Lesson (All ages) 1 Hour One on One Ski or Snowboard Lesson	$60
Semi Private Lesson (Ages 4+) 1st person in lesson pays private rate then each additional person	$25
Private additional hour for individual	$32
